We adapt to your office procedures, software and personnel, and work to streamline operations. Our bookkeepers are fully versed in Quickbooks (of course), Windows PC, Microsoft Office Suite, ERPs, CRMs, Google Docs, Jonas and more.
When you hire a full charge bookkeeper, they may not realize the responsibility and duties associated with the job. In a smaller company, they might work alone to process all the basic bookkeeping and financial reporting, but in a mid-size firm, clerks or administrative assistants may help with these tasks. Our full charge bookkeepers can supervise these employees, helping to organize work flow and verifying accuracy of work. We report directly to the business owner or designated Supervisor and are outside office politics; a no-nonsense approach to the most serious part of your company.
